Just because you have been feeling excessively stressed out lately does not mean that you are messed up in the head. No, that’s not at all what it means. In fact, we all go through a phase in which we’d rather face our pillows than go out and face the Sun.
During this time, you can be experimental so that you can distract yourself from isolation and desolation. Try going out and have fresh juices, perhaps? Difficult but beneficial in the long-run or rejuvenate with a face mask. This could turn out better than you had hoped because it helps to get rid of dry and flaky skin. The two rules to be kept in mind for this activity are cleanser before the mask and moisturizer right after. Also, the mask should be worn only once or twice a week.
Avoiding confrontation is highly recommended because you are not very good at standing up for yourself. You have also been very shy for a while now, and it is time that you come out of that funk. Try to interact with people. Go for a workshop or just get a drink at the bar. Just talk! And, when you do, you will realize that sometimes, your personal success is intertwined with other people’s. Other people will help you feel like you are on Cloud 9, but only if you let them.
Chances of love intensifying with your current boyfriend or your spouse are high as well.
September will be a bumpy ride but who said it was going to be easy? High and lows, darkness and light-this, is what life is made of. It seems to be an endless cycle of good and bad experiences fused together.
