We are committed to give our customers a satisfactory shopping experience with any product they have ordered at Tistabene. If customer is not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Request for return: Customer can make request for return by calling to our customer care at 7300300100 or by just dropping an e-mail at [email protected] Customer needs to mention order ID in their request. Our executive will guide him/her for further processing.
Exchange facility: Tistabene allows customers to exchange product in case they find the product with manufacturing defect, damaged or in different size. Request for exchange can be made by calling to our customer care at 7300300100 or by just dropping an e-mail at [email protected] Once we receive back product, our team will check the product for the issue mentioned by customer. We will send customer another piece of the same product if our team satisfies with the standard checks.
Return shipping: Once customer has made request for return or exchange and it is accepted by Tistabene, we will schedule the reverse pickup of the parcel with our shipping partner. If shipping partner doesn’t provide reverse pickup services at customer’s location, customers need to send the parcel from any prominent courier service available at their location.
Return shipping charges: There is NO return shipping charges. In the case of return courier sent by customer Tistabene shall reimburse courier charges upto Rs. 49/-.
Refund: Refund is subject to inspection of returned products. Once our team is satisfies with standard check of the returned product we will confirm customer about acceptance of return. Refund will be credited as “Tista Money” into your account (if you have created by registering with us), else we can do refund via NEFT or online transfer into your bank account within 5 business days.
Standard checks of returned products: In the course of product returned/exchange, all products are checked by our team. Return policy void if price tag is broken or tampered, product damaged in transit due to improper packing by customer, missing any accompanied accessories. It should have original invoice and all other stuff sent with the parcel. Product should be in proper and unused condition. It is all subject to inspection by Tistabene team.
Returns and Exchanges during sale: Products purchased during sale are considered as a final sale and are not applicable for returns. A one time size exchange is applicable during sale. Please contact our customer care service team for any queries.
Return of free gift: Free gifts are part of item ordered and must be returned with original product.
Partial return: Returns are possible at item level and if multiple items were ordered, customer can initiate partial quantity return.
Exception: Orders containing personalized jewellery, customized items and charms jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
