Cancellation Policy

Tistabene allows customers to cancel their orders to some extent.

"Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse."

 
Cancellation: If customer ordered product as registered user, he/she can cancel the order online by logging into his/her account at website. Customer will find the option for cancelling order in “My Orders”. Cancelling order online is possible only before the product is shipped from. If customer ordered as guest user, he/she can request for cancel the order by just dropping an e-mail at care@tistabene.com. Customers need to mention order ID in their request.

Cancellation of “shipped” orders: Shipped order can not be cancelled from our side. In the case you can ask the delivery boy to send it back at the time he comes at your place.

Refund: In case of product cancellation when the product is not dispacthed, your entire order amount will be converted into voucher which will have the same value as equal as your product value by which you can buy new product in replacement, instead of refund into your account. If the cancellation request is made after shipping till delivery of the product, refund is processed upon receiving originally ordered item back from the courier. Refund will be credited through the refund coupon. 

Cancellation after order dispatched : Order won't be cancelled after dispatching. But  if the customer refuses to receive order due to any reason then customer will get voucher of order value after deducting shipping charges from order value.

Exception: Orders containing personalized jewellery, customized items and charms jewellery shall be treated as FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled.
