1. When Will I Receive My Order?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Our average delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days, once we ship the products from the warehouse. *Delivery times may vary a bit depending on customer location, any public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays. 

2. How Do I Track My Order?

After successfully placing the order, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner containing your package’s tracking information and expected delivery date. The delivery can take up to 5-7 business days, once the order gets dispatched from the warehouse.

To track your package, simply use the tracking number received by email provided on the courier company's official website.

3. I’m Still Waiting For My Order After the Delivery Date.

Within 24 hours of your order being dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check your inbox or spam filter for your tracking number.

Please allow for the estimated delivery time to your location. 99% of the time, delivery will meet or exceed these times.

4. What Happens, If I’m not there when the order arrives?

If you’re not there. Someone you know should be home when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don't worry if this isn't possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once.

Alternatively, they'll leave a card confirming that they've either left it with a neighbor, left it in a safe place when they will try to re-deliver, or give you details on how to collect it.

5. What Is Your Return Policy For Unwanted Items?

We aim to provide an easy return policy to our customers.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

6. What Is Your Return Policy For Faulty / Incorrect Items?

We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Don’t forget to select ‘Faulty’ when asked for a reason for your return. If you’re not able to create a return, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and they will gladly help you further.

 7. Will Any Charge Deduct, If I Return The Product?

Unfortunately, the shipping charges will be deducted in case of (an unwanted / change of mind ) product return.

8. How Can I Return / ExchangeThe Product?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! 

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Here is the easy way to process it:

  • Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  • Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Exception: In case of orders placed with a discount or promotional offer are returned, the Return/exchange policy will only be applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.

9. How long does it take to receive your refund after the product is returned?

The moment we receive our product back at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated. And, it will take (5-7 business days ) to reflect on your back. 

10. Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel orders before they mark them as dispatched. 

Once the product is dispatched global Store orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may refuse to accept the shipment at the time of delivery. However, in such cases, Delivery charges and Import Fee deposits will be deducted.

11.  My Order Is Being Sent To You Can You Resend Back To Me?

First, check the address on the order and confirm that you entered the correct address. Once your item ships, it is in the hands of USPS.  It is possible it was delivered to a neighbor, stolen or it's still sitting in the back of a delivery truck. Please contact your post office or speak to your mail person. 

Many times the package finds its way to the correct address within a week but we cannot issue replacements or returns for items marked as "delivered.”

12. How Do I Know My Size?

Exact measurements for all items are listed in the product descriptions. My sizing can be a little inconsistent from item to item (I'm sorry I am working on it!) so please refer to measurements closely for each item. If you are between sizes we always recommend going with the larger size you are in unless it is noted on the product listing to size down.

14. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. 15. The product I want to return was bought at a discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

You can change the delivery address and mobile number before the product has been dispatched. There are partial chances of changes after dispatching the product by informing it to care@tistabene.com

You can pay with various modes available such as- you can pay by UPI, wallet, EMI payment, or card payment or you can also choose the COD option through which you can pay after receiving your order.
