• No exchange or return request will be processed without a product unboxing video.
• This unboxing video will help us verify and resolve issues efficiently. Without the video, we regret that no return or exchange requests will be processed.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smoother process for everyone.
• We offer  07 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at 70 Rupees additional costs or charge.
• When returning any product, there is a nominal return charge of Rs. 70 that the customer is kindly requested to cover. This fee helps us maintain the quality of our services and ensures a seamless return experience for you.
• Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
• For Prepaid and COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 7 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number. This coupon will have the value of your product excluding shipping charges which will be deducted from your order's whole amount.  If you have received the damaged product, then you will get the full refund.
• Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
• To enhance our return and exchange process, we request all customers to make an unboxing video while opening their package.
  This video will help us:
  1. Understand the issue regarding return & exchange accurately from the beginning.
  2. Process your return or refund request efficiently.

When raising a request for return or refund, please attach the unboxing video along with the required details. This will enable us to resolve your concerns quickly and fairly.

• Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND WILL BE MADE ON ONLY ALREADY DAMAGED PRODUCTS WHICH YOU RECEIVE IN THE PACKAGING. 
• Shipping Charges/COD Charges are Non-Refundable

• Bank Refund Policy: Refunds for eligible cases, as per our policy, will only be processed to the customer's registered bank account. Refunds will not be issued to any UPI IDs or other payment methods.

• Voucher (Gift Card) as Refund: For all returns other than damaged products, refunds will be provided in the form of a voucher (gift card) equivalent to the amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping/reverse-shipping charges. Note:- The voucher (gift card) will be valid for 1 year since its activation.

For a faster response, send us a message on Instagram @tistabene. All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
• Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp.
• Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
• For partial paid order, if the customer refused to accept the order at the time of delivery, the pre-made payment will be non-refundable.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products or free store credits are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns but exchanges only.

Note*: Return exchange policy is not applicable on categories like socks or apparel accessories.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you'll have courier the product(s) to the following address:  TISTABENE WAREHOUSE - 344-A, Sewa Sadan Marg, Near Bees Dukan, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302004.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. .

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the  products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail support@tistabene.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customers will receive instructions from us.

Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed t the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
