Return/Exchange Policy
- We offer 30 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
- For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 7 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
- Shipping Charges/COD Charges are Non-Refundable

- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns but exchanges only.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE
In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you'll have courier the product(s) to the following address: TISTABENE WAREHOUSE - 344-A, Sewa Sadan Marg, Near Bees Dukan, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302004.
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount - 70 INR (One Way Shipping) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail care@tistabene.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customers will receive instructions from us.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed t the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
